Tri Arc Group General Trading & Contracting Company is a limited liability Kuwaiti company, which was established in late 2006, under commercial registration no.115719 & license no. 4358/2006. The overall capital of the company is KD 250,000. (Two hundred & fifty thousand Kuwaiti Dinars: US $890,000)

History & Main Activities :

The company's main core of business is in the building construction & decoration contracting. This business activity has been cultivated over 25 years of experience in the Kuwaiti building construction sector by our founder Mr. Engr. Farouk Bajour, Chief-retired Civil Engineer. His profile in Kuwait includes the constructing of 3 commercial plazas, over 10 residential buildings & private villas, and a numerous number of renovation and maintenance projects for the public & private sector.

Tri Arc Group Co. is led by three brothers: Mr. Ahmad Bajour, the General Manager, and a B.S. graduate in Business Administration from the Lebanese American University in Beirut (majoring in business Management & Accounting) in 1999; who has worked in a number of professional positions in real-estate, investment, and construction corporations in Kuwait & Saudi Arabia., Mr. Engr. Abdallah Bajour (Architect & holder of Masters in urban planning & design from University of Florida Atlantic) and Mr. Bassel Bajour (Interior designer).

The company has launched its activities in 2007 with a number of successful decoration projects in Kuwait's Capital commercial & office towers; and has till date established its perseverance in the decoration contracting market, with projects for some of the top renowned investment, real-estate & advertising companies in Kuwait. This record has been established through a strategy of offering our unique design & contracting services to our clients based upon their needs, within a standard time-frame and quality finished products at competitively low turn-key prices.

Tri Arc Group Co. has also incorporated 2 sub-specialized branches in its company structure, namely: [ITRONICS Computer Services] and [IDENTITY Decoration design & Contracting].

      in (Hawally, Jabriya, Yarmouq, Mishref) and public tender projects for Ministry of Defense &  

      Education by our Engr. Farouk Bajour [1984 – 2004].

·         Decoration design & contracting projects by Mr. Bassel Bajour, for clients like: Villa Moda, Salon Boss & Optivision [2002 – 2006].

·         Complete design projects by IDENTITY for major residential projects (chalet in Bneider,

villa in Manqaf and a flat in Farwaniya), retail shops (Sharqiyat shop in The Pearls Qatar), corporate offices (Al-Muthana Insurance, Fanar Investment, Ajal Finance, P&A advertising) [2008-2010].
